Dragonfly was struggling to keep their inventory accurate. They have a spectacular selection of plants, but customers couldn't browse any of it online. They needed the website and the in-store register to work as one system, with less manual entry for staff and enough plant information to help the team as much as the customers.

Their new website has the full plant catalog, a garden planner that works by zip code, and articles that teach people what to plant and when. Inventory from their in-store register gets synced to the website, so customers see what's in stock.

Customers can browse the whole nursery online before they visit, and staff use the same site to look up plants and answer questions on the spot. Google traffic from the new articles is climbing every month. The day-to-day work that used to eat hours is a lot easier now.
